The King of Kings (Review)

This has to be the best kids movie I have ever seen. The story and the writing were way better than I expected. The movie was very good and can make you very emotional at times. I was very surprised with how the film turned out. The animation and visuals were stunning. The film made everything shine. The movie had a lot of heart and care put into it. The movie would become very serious at times throughout the film. There is nothing wrong with this movie at all. I would recommend this film to everyone and their families. I am going to give it a 10/10.

A Minecraft Movie (Review)

I need to apologize to a lot of people. I had very low expectations for this film, but I didn't know they needed to be that low. This movie is a trainwreck. The movie has a lot of jokes that will probably become memes. I only have 5 words. DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!! The only thing keeping it from being absolutely terrible is the references to Minecraft and stunning visuals. The jokes didn't even land half of the time. I would compare this movie to something like Cat in The Hat (2003). It was like watching a long SpongeBob Episode. The movie would also randomly become a musical out of nowhere. The music did not fit in with the tone of the movie either. The overall design of the film is good. It's just seeing Jack Black and the way he is portrayed as Steve that makes it bad. Another thing I need to mention is how creepy and messed up some scenes can be. THIS IS NOT A KIDS MOVIE. The movie was making younger kids scared at times in the theater. My theater consisted of mostly teenagers. I have been waiting years for a Minecraft Movie, but this is not what I or the Fans wanted. This director chose a style that I think nobody asked for. The story if you even call it one, was terrible. The movie has this Villager side plot that ruined the entire flow of the movie and the end credit scenes are not even worth staying for. The film included a lot of swearing too. There was no build-up to the ending either, it just kind of happens. I have seen better movies, but I have also seen worse. Minecraft deserved a lot better. I am going to give it a 4/10.

Dog Man (Review)

Dog Man is a beloved franchise that a lot of people were excited to finally see on the big screen. While the movie was good, not everyone loved it. The film has many problems and it can make older audiences unhappy with the experience. The story is all over the place in this film too. Sometimes the story will be very emotional, but before you know it there is already another joke. This movie can't seem to decide what it is. It tries to be many different things at once but struggles to find the right one. The runtime felt way too long and it was like watching a bunch of TV show episodes put together. I will give a lot of credit to the animation though. The art style of this movie is amazing. It tries to make it feel like you're watching a comic book instead of reading it. The design of this film has to be one of its biggest highlights. All of the actors did a fantastic job as well. The only thing that could annoy some people is that Dog Man can't speak and just barks during the entire film. At the end of the day, this is just a kid's movie. It is not targeted toward older audiences and you can certainly tell that by how the story is handled. I think this is a really good film and deserves to make kids smile all over the world. I am going to give it a 7/10.

Back in Action (Review)

This is the best movie I have seen in 2025 so far. It is very funny and takes a lot of inspiration from many other movie franchises. The movie has an action-packed and heartfelt story filled with comedy. I would love to see a sequel in a couple of years. The only downside is that it is only on Netflix. I would have preferred for it to be released in theaters. The movie was very enjoyable and very predictable at times. There were only three things I did not see coming. Overall this film was amazing. I am going to give it an 8/10.

Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (Review)

Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is one of the best films I have ever seen. It improves upon everything that we have seen in the last two movies. Sonic 3 is an emotional and action-packed adventure. The movie did a good job of adapting The Sonic Adventure 2 game storyline. The film had a really good life lesson it was trying to teach as well. (Don't let your past change who you are in the future). This movie has a lot of jokes and is fun to watch.  Sometimes the jokes seemed forced and unnecessary. There was a lot more swearing than I expected. The music was very good and similar to the video games. If this was Jim Carrey's last movie, then he finished his career with an amazing film. I am going to give it a 9/10.

Red One (Review)

This film has to be one of the best I have ever seen. It is not your normal Christmas movie. It is like Fast and Furious, but if it was Christmas-themed. I had a lot of fun watching this film. There was a joke every second and I loved it. I hope this movie does well at The Box Office and becomes a holiday classic. This film should be the standard for any other action Christmas Movie. I am going to give this film a 9/10.

Twisters (Review)

Twisters is a great sequel to the original film. It takes what was good about the original movie and makes it even better in the sequel. The story made me very interested in this movie. Unfortunately, we never got to see a flying cow. I expected it to just be a good movie, but it was amazing. I loved the character development and enjoyed this film. I am going to give this movie a 10/10.

The Garfield Movie 2024 (Review)

This movie deserves to get all the love it needs. It is a fantastic kids movie. There are a lot of fart jokes in this film. I didn't see any minute in this movie not having a joke. The jokes will be funny to everyone at any age. The film is a really good step forward for the Garfield franchise. Chris Pratt did a great job at acting in this movie. He changed his voice a little bit to make it different from Mario and every other character he has played. Garfield's owner is barely in the movie. He probably gets about 15 minutes of screen time or less. The dog was the best character in this film. The dog is no longer just a little sidekick but is a full-on character. He is like a smarter version of Garfield. I enjoyed this film. I am going to give it an 8/10.

IF Movie (Review)

IF is a fun adventure with Ryan Reynolds as one of the main characters. The movie looked like it was more targeted towards little kids. Thankfully it was enjoyable for everyone. At my local theater, there were older people, young elementary kids, teens, and young adults. This movie seems to focus on an emotional story that I was not expecting. The movie has a great conclusion and I hope we get a sequel in a couple of years. The movie was rated PG, but there was a lot of cursing and swearing throughout the film. The main reason this film might seem different compared to other family films is probably because the director (who also played a character in the film) had never directed a kid's film before. He worked on things like horror movies. Being a first attempt at a kid's film, it was worth it. I'm going to give the movie a 7/10.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (Review)

I was very excited for this film. I hate to say it, but it was not good. The trailer made it seem as if we were in for a twisters-level experience. Nothing about this film seemed to make any sense. This is that one film that should have never got a sequel. I did laugh here and there, but it was still not as enjoyable as the original. I am going to have to give it a 3/10.
